These terms apply to your use of undefined and to every purchase you make from Kiyan KIARASHI ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe our frozen seafood as accurately as we can, including origin, size grade, cut and packaging. Product photography is illustrative: natural variation in size, colour and appearance between catches is normal and is not a defect. If a specification is critical to your decision, ask us before ordering.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if a price or description error has occurred, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount you have paid.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we never store full card details.

Food safety and intended use

Our products are supplied frozen and must be kept frozen until you are ready to use them. Thaw in a refrigerator and follow the handling and cooking instructions on the pack. Once thawed, seafood should not be refrozen unless it has been cooked. Do not use a product if its packaging is damaged or if it is warm on arrival.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
